Ecotex Finalizes Booth Laundry Acquisition
Following a March 1st announcement that Ecotex Service Corp. would acquire Booth Centennial Healthcare Linen Services, Ecotex issued a joint news release on Sept. 23 with Fengate Capital Management that said the deal with Booth Centennial is now finalized.
“We are excited to bring a fresh perspective to the Ontario market,” said Randy Bartsch, Ecotex CEO. “Our new and smarter linen solutions will help our customers provide a safe, comfortable environment for patient care, while we ensure cost and service quality.”
