Ecotex Recognized by the TRSA for the Industry’s Best Laundry Plants of the Year Award in North America

Healthcare Linen Alliance Introduces its Partnership

SAN DIEGO – (October 3, 2017) Randy Bartsch, CEO of Ecotex, announced today the formal launch of the Healthcare Linen Alliance, a collaboration between five of the leading providers of commercial laundry service management solutions for healthcare providers. The Alliance is one of the largest commercial healthcare linen services providers in the nation, serving nearly 1,400 customers and processing over 340 million pounds of laundry per year. Paris Companies Wins Textile Services Industry's Top Environmental Award

The TRSA’s ( prestigious environmental award recognizes novel approaches to increasing sustainability by conserving natural resources and reducing overall environmental impact. Winning top honors this year is the Paris Companies Super Trailer. Inspired by a specialized, NASCAR team trailer, Paris experimented with lowering the floor of a semi-trailer and creating interior upper and lower decks to haul more hospital linen carts. The Super Trailer was born, and cart capacity increased 67% from 36 to 60 carts.

Ecotex Finalizes Booth Laundry Acquisition

Following a March 1st announcement that Ecotex Service Corp. would acquire Booth Centennial Healthcare Linen Services, Ecotex issued a joint news release on Sept. 23 with Fengate Capital Management that said the deal with Booth Centennial is now finalized.

“We are excited to bring a fresh perspective to the Ontario market,” said Randy Bartsch, Ecotex CEO. “Our new and smarter linen solutions will help our customers provide a safe, comfortable environment for patient care, while we ensure cost and service quality.”
